Job Summary

Southwestern Wynn’s Products is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Consultant to manage and grow an established sales territory. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, traveling within a dedicated region, and achieving strong performance-based results.

The assigned territory includes Tucson, Sierra Vista, Safford, and Thatcher, Arizona .

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $3,200 per month OR commission (whichever is greater)
• Average First-Year Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000 based on performance
• Vehicle, Insurance, and Fuel Provided
• Health Benefits Available
• 5-Day Work Week – No Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base within an established territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct in-person sales visits and product demonstrations
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, industrial, or B2B sales (preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
