Work Environment\n

Although this position is primarily remote, the role will involve collaboration with an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Team members engage in regular virtual meetings to discuss client progress, sharing insights and strategies to deliver coordinated care. The work hours will typically range from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some evening hours required on a rotating basis based on client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use behaviors, identifying any co-occurring disorders.

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with individuals suffering from co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies specifically designed for co-occurring disorders, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
