About the Role The VP/Sr. Director, Merchandising & Design is a hybrid commercial and creative leadership role that unites strategic merchandising, product line management, and design leadership into a single accountable position. This individual leads the organization's design function while integrating merchandising strategy with product line development to drive revenue growth and market share for strategic categories. This role requires close collaboration across design, product creation, sales, marketing, and inventory management, and calls for a strong understanding of market trends translated into a seasonal product line and design strategy — from concept and development through to the assortments that sales and marketing execute against.
