We are looking for a relentless, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) "hunter" to spearhead our market expansion for a rapidly scaling, category-defining property operations and hospitality platform. In this high-impact remote role, you will be the tip of the spear in capturing massive market share, leveraging your language skills to turn aggressive outbound prospecting into qualified pipeline. Backed by huge market momentum and a platform that transforms how property managers operate globally, you will collaborate directly with sales leadership to strategize, qualify, and run high-impact product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities

• Own the bilingual hunt: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across Spanish-speaking markets through aggressive outbound prospecting and rapid inbound follow-up.
• Strategize and execute: Research prospective clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate deep interest in our platform.
• Drive the pipeline: Collaborate directly with the Sales team to implement lead strategies and schedule/conduct high-impact online product demonstrations.
• Expand the footprint: Work alongside channel and distribution partners to leverage leads and build unstoppable brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English, capable of seamlessly running a sales process and inspiring prospects in either language.
• 1+ years of successful sales experience or demonstrated success in a high-energy role with a relentless drive to pursue sales.
• Autonomous, empowered contributor who brings positive energy, passion, and a competitive drive to crush measurable goals.
• Proven ability to ruthlessly manage time, juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain sharp attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM applications, MS Office, and Google Apps (Startup experience is a huge plus).
• Location Requirement:Must be based in the US. Cannot reside in the following states: AL, AK, CA, CO, DE, HI, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MS, MT, NE, NM, NY, ND, OK, SD, WA, WV, WY.
