Full Throttle Security Corp. is seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to support a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Position Summary

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will help protect people, property, and assets through vigilant observation and professional customer-focused presence. You will monitor premises, deter unsafe activity, and respond appropriately to incidents while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in reliability, professionalism, and doing the right thing in every situation—delivering consistent security coverage on-site in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or using designated observation routes, remaining alert to safety and security concerns.

• Monitor and respond to reports of unusual activity, safety hazards, or policy violations in a calm and professional manner.

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff while enforcing site procedures and maintaining a visible security presence.

• Document observations, incidents, and actions taken accurately and promptly according to company standards.

• Assist with incident response and escalation as directed, including coordinating with supervisors and relevant parties when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL in a full-time capacity.

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, security-minded mindset.

• Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in active or stressful situations.

• Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Must have Florida Class D Security License

• Must have valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, safety, or related experience in an observational or customer-facing role.

• Experience supporting incident documentation and reporting.

• Familiarity with basic de-escalation practices and maintaining safety-first decision-making.

• Comfort working independently and maintaining consistent coverage during shifts.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16.00

Schedule:

This is a FT schedule. It is Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat 3p-11p.
