They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. The Stock Manager represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork. Work Environment Requires ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes rapidly and constantly and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re‑stock, processing shipment and store merchandising The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time Must have ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without restrictions Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean Ability to use and climb ladders and/or step stools Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e. hanging, folding, ringing up customers, etc.) The ability to use caution when dealing with difficult customers, houseless and/or transients and avoid confrontations Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud Adult content environment Must be at least 18 years old Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages the in-store receiving process, and notifies necessary parties/completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Manages re‑pricing projects from start to finish. Delegates tasks on the sales floor as necessary to complete projects accurately and on time Sensors, tags, and hangs merchandise as needed Manages the merchandise presentation preparation merchandise in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure on time and efficient merchandise presentation implementation Replenishes merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor daily Ensures stock room is organized, clean and merchandise is always floor ready Is accountable for the store exceeding the Company Shrink Goal by minimizing unit loss Manages store preparation for physical inventories based on preparation directives and planning packets Ensures compliance to standards, Hustler Values, How We HUSTLE and Mission Key holder and responsible for opening/closing store for stocking/inventory May supervise one or more Stock Leads Flexibility to work on the sales floor as needed based on the company needs and staffing Other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a retail setting preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr HUSTLER Hollywood
