Regional HR Leader: Strategic People Partner

Malibu Boats is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across assigned regions and facilities, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and employee relations. This role partners with regional and site leadership to execute people strategies aligned to business objectives.
