VP, People: Strategic HR Leader for Growth

HarperCollins Publishers seeks a Vice President, People to serve as the division's lead HR partner, shaping people strategy, organization design, and employee relations for HarperCollins Christian Publishing. The role reports to the SVP, Deputy CHRO and focuses on providing consultative counsel to divisional leaders.

You will drive strategic partnership, design and workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership advisory, and enterprise alignment across the People Team and broader
