We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Prepare and execute all grilled menu items including proteins, sandwiches, and accompaniments according to recipes and plating standards Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portion control, and food presentation at all times Set up and break down the grill station before and after service Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards and ticket times Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with local health regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked grill station throughout service Communicate effectively with chefs, expeditors, and fellow line cooks during service Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and labeling as needed Properly store food items following FIFO standards Support other kitchen stations as business levels require Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
