Production Helper

The General Helper supports multiple production lines by assisting machine operators with material handling, loading and unloading products, stacking finished goods, inspecting products for quality, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Current shifts are 7:00 AM7:00 PM, 3:00 PM11:30 PM, and 7:00 PM7:00 AM. Shift schedules are subject to change in the coming months based on production needs.

The General Helper supports multiple production lines by assisting machine operators with material handling, loading and unloading products, stacking finished goods, inspecting products for quality, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities include moving materials throughout the facility, supplying production lines with needed materials, removing scrap, performing general housekeeping, and following all safety and quality standards. This position requires flexibility to work in different departments as production needs change and to perform other duties as assigned.

Production Helper Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during 8- to 12-hour shifts.
• Forklift experience
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must have a resume with solid work history
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
