- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
- Introduce Elevation Exteriors and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and exterior services
- Identify potential needs and schedule free inspections and consultations
- Accurately collect homeowner information and document appointments
- Represent the company with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to hit daily and weekly goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Coachable and open to training and feedback
- No prior experience required — we provide paid training
