Payroll & HR CoordinatorWe are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Payroll & HR Coordinator to support payroll operations and employee administration. This position is ideal for someone with a strong payroll and accounting foundation who enjoys working with employee data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting HR processes. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information while partnering closely with payroll and accounting teams.· Support weekly payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee payroll records, including pay rate changes, tax forms, direct deposit updates, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related changes.· Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS/payroll system to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.· Process payroll-related documentation, including employee status changes, benefit elections, and required compliance forms.· Assist with payroll audits, employee data reconciliations, and reporting to ensure data integrity.· Support union payroll administration, including pay rate updates and payroll-related documentation.· Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, system updates, employment verification, and payroll setup.· Maintain employee records and assist with HRIS updates, reporting, and compliance documentation.· Support benefits administration and other employee-related recordkeeping activities.· Assist with accounting-related tasks, including reviewing payroll impacts to the general ledger and supporting payroll reconciliations.· Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide administrative support for payroll, HR, and accounting projects as needed.· 2+ years of payroll, accounting, or payroll administration experience.· Understanding of payroll processes and how payroll impacts the general ledger.· Experience maintaining employee records within an HRIS or payroll system.· Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information accurately.· Accounting or finance background required; HR-only backgrounds will not be considered.· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.· Experience with payroll or ERP systems preferred.· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
