Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of three years of critical care experience preferred; strong candidates with less experience may be considered License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must-Have: Candidates must be willing to float to various units. Candidates must have strong neuro critical care experience including ventilator management, IV drip titration, telemetry monitoring, conscious sedation, and dysrhythmia recognition. Candidates must be proficient in the electronic health record system used in the facility. Candidates must have no prior license or background hits. Description: The ideal candidate for this position will work within a critical care setting. They will provide care to patients requiring specialized medical attention. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex patient care situations. They will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to float to various units as needed. Candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills in critical care management.
