Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and consult with teachers and parents on strategies to support communication development
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in the field
