Job Details Company: American Express Location: USA Salary: $20-30/Hour Job Role: Customer Care Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Responsibilities Answer incoming calls while interacting and speaking with small business owners and decision makers, learning more about their needs and recommending the right American Express Small Business Services product. Provide high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits and other features of American Express Small Business Services. Continue to develop core sales skills including building relationships, understanding customer needs, managing obstacles and closing sales. Provide exceptional customer service by answering account-related questions in a structured, fast and customer service environment. Document important account information according to policies and procedures. Compliance: comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations and practices. Minimum Qualifications Customer service experience (two years+), with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, building consultative relationships, action, and strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrated success in a customer service and marketing environment (two years or more). Ability to work in a fast‑paced metrics environment and multi‑task and navigate a web environment.
