Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.Work You'll DoAs a Project Manager, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.Lead functional delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs, owning workstream execution from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.Facilitate client workshops to define future-state business processes, drive fit-to-standard decisions, and influence stakeholders toward adoption of SAP leading practices and process standardization.Produce and govern core implementation deliverables, including solution designs, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials, and training support.Partner with integration and data teams to plan interfaces, validate data migration readiness, and support accurate, controlled movement of data across systems and environments.Lead and support integrated testing activities across unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring business requirements trace cleanly through scenarios, defects, fixes, and sign-off.Help clients strengthen ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance by embedding controls into design, testing, cutover, and post-production processes from the start.Coordinate deployment and go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning, control migration considerations, issue resolution, training support, and early-life stabilization.Work across functional, technical, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions in regulated government settings, with flexibility to travel as needed to support client delivery.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamDeloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance5+ years experience delivering SAP implementations, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA transformations5+ years experience producing and/or governing core implementation deliverables (e.g., solution/design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials)5+ years experience working in regulated environments with strong understanding of ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations1+ years experience partnering with integration and data teams on interfaces and data migration planning in complex ERP programs1+ years experience supporting integrated testing activities (e.g., Unit, SIT, UAT, etc.) for functional business process requirementsAbility to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Active Secret ClearanceExperience supporting Department of Defense and/or U.S. Federal civilian agency enterprise resource planning modernization programs
