Provide pharmaceutical care in a retail environment, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and exceptional patient service. This contract opportunity, lasting 6-8 weeks, is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications according to legal and regulatory requirements
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer their questions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Florida pharmacist license
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
