Marketplace Operations Specialist

Managing the Axonify Marketplace and Content Studio, the part-time Marketplace Operations & Content Specialist will oversee content lifecycle processes, fulfill customer orders, and develop engaging learning materials in a hybrid work environment for an 8-month contract. Key responsibilities Maintain and manage the Axonify Content Marketplace website and oversee content order fulfillment Research and develop high-quality learning content while ensuring compliance with Axonify's standards Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance content offerings and support revenue initiatives Required qualifications A university degree in Writing, English, Communications, or a related field 2-4 years of instructional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment Proficiency in authoring tools such as Vyond, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience in conducting independent research and data analysis Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
