Oversee and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate case progression and resolve any issues. Maintain and update case management systems with relevant information. Monitor deadlines and ensure all parties are informed of key dates and milestones. Prepare reports and summaries to support legal decision-making processes. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding case updates. Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents. Identify opportunities for process improvements in case management procedures.

A successful Case Manager should have: experience with case management in the legal or business services industry, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in case management software and tools, effective communication and collaboration abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
