Schedule 3x12-Hour shifts, 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 36 hours per week. Requires every other weekend and holiday rotation. Job Description The Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients across various units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. As a float pool nurse, you will be responsible for adapting to the needs of different units while delivering exceptional critical care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care to critically ill pediatric patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and evidence-based care in pediatric critical care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Provide education, support, and emotional care to patients and their families. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning discussions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU. South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
