How You Create Impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.

Monitor shipments and provide timely updates, solutions, and support.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations.

Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Pricing, Revenue Care, and Procurement to ensure customer expectations are met.

Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

Support customer implementations and onboarding activities when assigned.

Promote customer adoption of digital tools and self-service solutions.

Identify opportunities to support customer retention, growth, and profitability.

What We Would Like You To Bring

1 year of experience in a customer-facing, operations, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, dispatching, or similar fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting.

Monitor shipments and provide timely updates, solutions, and support. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations.

Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Pricing, Revenue Care, and Procurement to ensure customer expectations are met.

Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
