RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business through referrals, networks, and relationship building
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage opportunities 
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up on leads and prospecting opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and client communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active California Property & Casualty license required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
