Human Resources Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and coaching for team members and supervisors. This role will manage recruitment and onboarding processes for both driver and non-driver positions, coordinate orientation, and support workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will administer compensation and benefits programs, ensure accurate HR records, and help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. The role will also support training and development initiatives, lead HR-related projects, assist with safety and compliance programs, and collaborate with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. Knowledge of HR compliance, including federal and state employment laws, recordkeeping requirements, and workplace safety standards. Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding across a range of roles, ideally including transportation and logistics positions. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, managers, and external partners. Ability to manage HR systems, maintain accurate data, and use reports and metrics to support decision-making. Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
