Job Title: Python Developer
in-person interview mandatory
* 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).
* Must have experience in Linux environment to work with Python scripts
* Disaster Recovery Knowledge - Nice to have
* Strong understanding of OOP, design principles, and scalable architecture.
* Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or automation frameworks.
* Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps workflows (Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
is a plus).
* Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior mentor.
* Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
