OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Duties
You will be the technical lead and authoritative expert for planning, implementing, managing, directing and controlling ongoing Operations Department (N3) programs and projects.
You will exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning and timely execution of Operations Department programs managed through separate organizational units.
You will have managerial responsibility for an organizational unit that executes administrative programs and analytical processes directly affecting the command.
You will assist with the development and integration of advanced cross-domain and joint warfighting solutions at all levels of naval warfare.
You will manage cross functional programs and projects that involve highly complex and sensitive issues.
You will manage the development and evaluation of cross-domain solutions to identified warfighting gaps.
You will assist with enhancing warfighting effectiveness and the integration of warfighting solutions and focus on maritime command and control at the tactical and operational level of war.
You will manage the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of departmental tasking through divisions supervisors.
