Operate Heavy Gear: Use vibratory plows, directional drills, vacs, and mini-excavators Be Independent: Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision once trained Stay Safe: Follow protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and professional site Exceed Goals: Work with your team to hit production targets through honest, high-quality work What You Bring to the Table Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions Reliability: A valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test The "UGS Instinct": You are honest, self‑motivated, and "hassle‑free."
