On-Site Customer Care Pro Call Center Specialist

MTM, Inc in Lake Saint Louis is looking for a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. This role involves managing inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities with a daily volume of 60-80 calls, particularly higher on Mondays. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of call center experience, six months of customer service experience, and possess basic typing and navigational skills.
