YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Floor Manager supports daily restaurant operations and helps ensure smooth service, strong team communication, and great guest experience. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service, strong communication, and a consistently high-quality guest experience Manage FOH staff scheduling, shift coverage, and floor assignments to support efficient operations and appropriate staffing levels Lead, train, and support team members on service standards, restaurant procedures, hospitality expectations, and ongoing performance development Partner with the bar team on inventory, ordering, product organization, and maintaining appropriate stock levels for service needs Manage incoming event and private dining inquiries, coordinating details and communication to ensure a seamless guest experience Uphold restaurant SOPs for service, quality, cleanliness, and process while stepping into hosting, serving, or other floor roles as needed

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

2+ years of experience as a Manager for a $2M+ upscale-casual full-service restaurant with bar Experience managing FOH staff scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day team communication in a fast-paced full-service restaurant environment Highly organized, structured, and consistent, with the ability to uphold service standards, SOPs, and accountability across the team People-focused leader who can coach, support, and motivate employees while contributing to a collaborative team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Willow Tree Recruiting
