You'll own our paid programs end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.Your TeamYou'll join a collaborative marketing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Content/Creative. You'll report directly to (Title) and partner closely with the CEO on strategy and performance reviews. You won't be handed a playbook — you'll help write it.What you'll do: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing — with a sharp focus on pipeline and revenue impactContinuously test and experiment: new channels, new ad formats, new messaging — if there's a better way, you'll find itWrite compelling direct response copy for ads and landing pages that actually convertBuild and present clear, honest performance narratives to the CEO and senior leadership — wins, losses, and what's nextPartner with Sales to align digital programs with the full customer lifecycle and maximize marketing ROIWork with Content and Creative to develop targeted experiences across key customer segmentsDesign and run A/B tests and segmentation strategies that systematically improve performanceManage budget and spend with Finance, keeping campaigns efficient and accountableMaintain and improve performance dashboards in partnership with Marketing and Revenue OpsWhat you bring: 5+ years managing B2B direct response digital marketing programs — SEM, paid social, remarketing, display/videoProven ability to launch and scale PPC campaigns with clear ROI; hands-on experience with CPM, CPC, and CPA media buyingFluency in web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and CMS toolsExperience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google AdsStrong data instincts — you can dig into numbers, find the story, and communicate it clearly to any audienceA direct, open communicator who gives and receives feedback wellComfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewardedWhat would make us excited:Experience at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS companyFamiliarity with revenue operations and attribution modelingBackground writing direct response or performance marketing copy$140,000 - $190,000 a yearWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
