General Sales Manager

We are preparing to open a brand new, state-of-the-art GMC dealership, and we are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to help build, lead, and grow a dynamic Sales Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who is ready to make a lasting impact, establish a winning culture, and help position Vachon GMC as the premier GMC Dealership in Connecticut.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Sales Management experience in an automotive dealership
- A proven track record of delivering results in market share, sales performance, and profitability
- Demonstrated success in customer satisfaction and building a customer-first culture
- A strong commitment to training, coaching, and developing sales professionals
- The leadership to recruit, motivate, and retain a high performing team
- The drive, professionalism, and vision to launch and grow a brand new dealership
Compensation: $150,000 -$200,000 yearly
