We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, including daily transactions, payroll, and month-end close activities
Process vendor payments (check, ACH, and online) and resolve discrepancies as needed
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts; post adjusting entries
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
Prepare annual reports, including 1099 filings

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field a plus
2+ years of related experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
