Accountant - Up to $75,000+ Annually

Location: Tulsa Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $75,000+ per year, depending on experience

HireCall is seeking an experienced Accountant for a client in the Tulsa area. This is an immediate opening, and the client is looking to begin interviewing qualified candidates as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and independently problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (A/P)
Perform account and bank reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records
Calculate and record depreciation
Assist with and complete month-end closing
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
Analyze financial information and identify potential issues
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Assist with additional accounting responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Previous accounting experience required
Strong knowledge of A/R and A/P processes
Experience with account and bank reconciliations
Knowledge of fixed assets and depreciation
Experience with month-end close procedures
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
