As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Technical Service department by managing Field Service Engineers' daily schedules, organizing startups and service calls, and delivering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate daily service calls, startups, and engineer schedules using Salesforce. Create dispatch tickets and forecast technician workloads 515 days out.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact via phone and email to coordinate service calls, provide "Parts Pending" status updates, and follow up on recommended or pending work.
• Database & File Management: Maintain and update customer files, extended warranty details, maintenance agreements, billing info, and service invoice logs.
• Logistics & Inventory: Collaborate with Field Service Engineers on truck stock management, facilitate the return of warranty parts, create purchase orders, and process invoices.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Interface internally with sales, service operations, and engineering teams, as well as externally with contractors, project managers, and sales agencies.

What You Need

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Dispatch/Logistics Coordination, Project Coordination, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle various projects at different stages.
• Critical Thinking & Travel Logistics: Ability to read maps and manage complex regional scheduling, including multi-time-zone coordination and air travel logistics.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/calendar software, web resources, and common CRM platforms.
