That means we are building an in-house Special Education program designed around inclusion, strong systems, and high-quality services.

Job Summary: This is not a traditional SLP role. This is an opportunity to help design and deliver a speech and language program from the ground up on a single campus, alongside a collaborative leadership team that prioritizes students with special needs. You will play a key role in shaping how services are delivered, how teams collaborate, and how students access communication supports across classrooms. If you are someone who wants to do more than just manage a caseload; and instead wants to build, influence, and lead, this role is for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Speech & Language Services
• Provide direct speech and language therapy (1:1 and small group) aligned to IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Support students' communication skills across academic and social settings
• Use progress monitoring and data to adjust services and drive student growth

• Administer formal and informal speech-language assessments
• Interpret assessment data and write clear, comprehensive reports
