Lead with Lean. Deliver with Discipline.
We’re seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to steer night-shift operations and elevate safety, quality, and output. You’ll work Monday–Friday nights, with occasional weekend overtime when needed to meet demand.

- Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Performance Control: Monitor KPIs, complete logs, and escalate issues quickly.
- Training & Coaching: Build skills across SOPs, safety, and job-specific tasks.
- Resource Coordination: Assign staffing, balance workloads, and manage changeovers.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot flow disruptions and coordinate with maintenance.
- 5S & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
Night shift, Monday–Friday; weekend overtime as needed.
Must-Haves- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the shift.
- Comfort operating within a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.
- Willingness to support overtime and weekend work as required.
