Compensation Range: $20/hr - $23.20/hr

Job Description:
This role supports a firmwide device modernization initiative by imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user devices at scale, ensuring employees can seamlessly transition to modern physical or virtual desktop environments.
Job Summary
•Image, configure, test, and deploy end-user devices for new hires, hardware refreshes, and large-scale rollouts
•Provide hands-on user support during device swaps, monitor upgrades, and peripheral updates
•Coordinate reclamation of legacy virtual desktop environments as part of the modernization initiative
•Troubleshoot Windows 11, VDI, Windows 365, and specialized software deployments
•Maintain accurate task and asset tracking records throughout the deployment lifecycle
•Support endpoint security, connectivity, and device readiness validation prior to deployment
Minimum Requirements:
•1-2 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
•Hands-on experience with Windows 11 imaging, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
•Familiarity with VDI and Windows 365 environments
•Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with endpoint deployment tools such as Intune or SCCM
•Proficiency with ServiceNow for task management and asset tracking
•Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, OneDrive, BitLocker, Zscaler, drivers, and endpoint security
