Competitive Pay + Overtime Opportunities Regular Raises Based on Performance & Growth Medical, Dental & Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match + FSA Options Generous PTO + 10 Paid Holidays Flexible Start Times Paid Breaks + Daily Lunch Period Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Stable, Supportive Team Environment What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding Fabricate pressure vessels, piping systems, and custom assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Select appropriate welding methods and equipment for each project Work primarily with carbon steel and stainless steel materials Conduct quality inspections and verify measurements Use calipers, squares, and precision measuring tools Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of welding experience Experience with MIG, TIG, Pulse, and/or Flux Core welding Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Carbon steel fabrication experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a custom fabrication environment Preferred: Stainless steel fabrication experience Pressure vessel, piping, or custom fabrication experience ASME certification or code welding experience Knowledge of ASME and AWS standards Inspection and quality control experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Work Environment Clean, modern, well-maintained facility Heated in winter and well-ventilated year-round Dedicated workstations with autonomy and ownership Work on innovative cooling systems, heat exchangers, and custom builds Collaborative culture focused on craftsmanship, quality, and long-term success Apply Today This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockport, NY. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
