Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-focused Staff Accountant to bring accuracy, initiative, and excellence to our accounting team.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies, and are hungry to grow your career, we want to hear from you.Location: On-site in Austin, TXWhat You’ll Do:· Prepare financial reports and analyze variances· Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger for financial accuracy· Ensure compliance with GAAP· Perform month-end and year-end close processes· Help prepare for audits and manage supporting documentation· Oversee employee reimbursements and vendor setup· Support AP systems (Medius) and audit accounting software (Sage Intacct)· Assist with any ad-hoc projects that may ariseWhat You Bring:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance· 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience· Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems· Knowledge of GAAP and month/year-end processes· Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and train othersWhy DaBella?We offer a growth-driven culture, a collaborative team, and the chance to make a real impact.
