As a Staff Accountant , you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

As a Staff Accountant , you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Accurately process daily financial transactions and manage the posting process.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including the timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Create month end/ quarterly statements and reports.
- Ensure ledgers are balanced and reconciled on a regular basis.
- Help with budget preparation and monitor expenses in relation to budgeted amounts.
- Demonstrated experience as a Staff Accountant, with practical knowledge of Yardi.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Systems: Yardi, excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
