About the role


As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep the LEGO® Retail Operations team organized, connected, and moving forward. You'll play an active role in team coordination and operational activities, helping ensure priorities are clear, work moves efficiently, and communication between headquarters and store teams across the AMS region is timely and effective. It's a chance to support a wide range of topics that are constantly evolving, bringing visibility, structure, and follow-through to the work that helps stores succeed every day.


Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  
  

• Coordinated team workflows or operational processes with clear visibility of priorities and actions
  
  

• Managed communication responsibilities for broad audiences with increasing scope or responsibility over time
  
  

• Delivered projects or initiatives on time and against agreed objectives
  
  

• Maintained accurate trackers, documentation, or operational records to support business execution
  
  

• Solved operational challenges through practical and effective approaches
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Used platforms such as UKG, Legion, Coupa, Zipline, ServiceNow, or Miro
  
  

• Applied process improvement methods to streamline ways of working
  
  

• Supported project coordination activities across multiple stakeholders
  
  

• Worked in a retail or multi-location operational environment
  
  

What you'll build

• Coordinate operational activities that help the Retail Operations team stay aligned and focused on priorities
  
  

• Support communication between headquarters teams and store teams across the AMS region
  
  

• Maintain visibility of timelines, actions, blockers, and follow-up activities
  
  

• Help deliver timely, high-quality support and information to field teams
  
  

• Contribute to reliable operational execution through accurate documentation and tracking
  
  

• Support store teams by responding to requests, escalating issues when needed, and helping connect them with the right resources

Life on the team


You'll join AMS Retail Store Operations within LEGO Brand Retail. The team supports operational execution for stores across the US and Canada, maintains internal resources, and acts as a link between stores and key stakeholders. We're highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on clear communication. We value proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a service-minded approach. Our team works closely together in the Boston hub, with a hybrid rhythm that helps us stay connected while supporting store teams across the region.


What success looks like


Success means creating strong operational reliability, clear communication, and dependable support for stores and colleagues. You'll become a trusted coordinator who keeps priorities visible, actions moving, and information flowing. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team is building more scalable support solutions as the store portfolio continues to grow. You'll work closely with Retail Store Operations teammates and partners across the organization, helping deliver faster, more consistent operational support without compromising quality.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $68,330.00 - $102,494.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
