Strategic Payroll Director - Multistate & Union Compliance

VENTEON is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead the payroll processing team in Auburn Hills, MI. This strategic role oversees payroll operations, payroll tax compliance, and related accounting activities in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of multi-state payroll experience, including union and non-union payroll, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of payroll laws and reporting requirements.
