Receptionist (NW OKC Location) - Full-Time

Overview NW OKC Campus - Full-Time: 15200 Crown at Lone Oak Rd., Edmond, OK 73013 Schedule - 6:45am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday). We aim to provide a safe and loving environment for dogs to interact and play, with a focus on excellence, care, and respect for clients and their pets. We strive to treat clients’ dogs as family and to improve the lives of dogs and their owners in all situations. Responsibilities Receive and place calls to clients for scheduling and inquiries Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner Maintain client and pet records and related documentation Provide instructions, information, invoices, and schedule future appointments Utilize PetExec computer systems to document and communicate with clients and teammates Handle standard office/business equipment Manage financial duties with accurate balances and proper cash/credit procedures; follow opening and closing procedures Give tours of the facility and participate in off-site events Provide nanny concierge services as needed (pick-up & deliveries, etc.) Follow and operate within Puppy Paws Service Standards and playroom guidelines Maintain a clean work environment and follow dress code Interview, supervise, and interact with dogs of all sizes in open group play (15-20 dogs) and ensure safety Qualifications Uphold Puppy Paws Core Values: LOVE • CARE • EXCELLENCE Reliable with a consistent work ethic; ability to care for precious pets Excellent customer service skills and professional communication Positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets, and teammates Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication; good judgment under stress Empathy for clients and compassionate, respectful treatment of pets Ability to work independently and follow directions; open to cross-training in multiple positions Available to work weekends and holidays; open availability preferred Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfort and confidence with dogs of various sizes This position is for our NW OKC Campus - Full-Time: 15200 Crown at Lone Oak Rd., Edmond, OK 73013 Schedule - 6:45am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday).
