Patient Financial Services Representative

Essentia Health is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to support compassionate, patient-centered care by managing financial aspects of the care journey. In this role, you will verify insurance, process claims, post payments, and assist patients with billing questions, estimates, and payment plans. You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, resolve discrepancies with payers, and ensure accurate account documentation in our electronic systems. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you’ll help reduce financial stress for patients while contributing to a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous learning.
