Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join their collaborative team at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. This opportunity involves providing care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU, supporting a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries, and participating in a robust quality improvement program. Both experienced and entry-level applicants are welcome to make a difference in neonatal care while enjoying the desirable coastal community of Southwest Florida. Practice Info Work at Golisano Children's Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility and the region's only stand-alone children's hospital. Provide care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU. Support a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries across two hospitals. Join a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and in-house call. Access to all pediatric subspecialties (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO). Embrace a developmentally sensitive, family-focused care model. Responsibilities Provide care in the Level III NICU. Support Level I well-baby care at Cape Coral Hospital. Participate in a robust quality improvement program.
