Neonologist Opportunity in Fort Myers, Florida

Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a Neonatologist to join its practice at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers, Florida. The hospital's NICU offers:

• State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU
• The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year
• Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service
• Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICU
• All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage
• In-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage
• Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home
• Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs
• We value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit

• Shifts are 24 hours round plus call from home/hotel

• A stand alone 135 bed, 7-story facility that opened in 2017

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
• FL license required
