Pay: $38.00/hour (No Per Diem)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ Months
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week

Finish Line Staffing is hiring an experienced Lead Journeyman Electrician or Foreman for a long-term commercial electrical project in Fort Myers, FL.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• OSHA 30 Certification – Required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience with layout and project execution
• QA/QC experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience managing piecework crews
• Lighting and controls experience is a plus for future projects but is not required for this assignment

Scope of Work

• Perform layout and execute electrical installations
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Oversee QA/QC throughout the project
• Lead and manage electrical crews
• Coordinate workflow and maintain production schedules
• Identify and resolve field issues efficiently
• Ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications
