Office Manager - Commercial GC

- Project Coordination Leadership Functions as the senior member of the Project Coordinator team, providing oversight and guidance to Project Coordinators. Manages the full lifecycle of project administrative deliverables from award through closeouts.
- Office Services Management Oversee all aspects of corporate office operations, managing the receptionist and serving as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and facility-related needs.
The Successful Applicant
- 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in construction project coordination or administration
- Set up and maintain projects in Trimble Viewpoint Vista (ERP system), ensuring accurate and complete project data throughout the life of each project.
- Compile, organize, and file owner contracts; maintain complete and accessible records
- Compile, process, and manage contracts for Subcontractors/Vendors in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- File Notices of Commencement (NOCs) with applicable jurisdictions and assist with proper paperwork for Permit filing
- Manage the corporate office environment to ensure a professional, functional, and well-maintained workplace
- Supervise the Receptionist, to include scheduling, performance and day-to-day direction
- Serve as the primary liaison with the building management company for lease compliance, maintenance requests, and facility matters
- Manage office vendor relationships for supplies, couriers, and mail including evaluating cost efficiency and service quality
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 USD annually.
