Bilingual Trauma-Informed Youth Programs Coordinator

MIXTECO INDIGENA COMMUNITY ORGANIZING PROJECT in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Coordinator for the OFY-RR Funds Project. You will lead staff, oversee case management, and partner with local providers to support Indigenous and immigrant youth and sponsors with trauma-informed services. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, experience supervising teams, and a strong commitment to community organizing.
