Learn more at Job Summary As a Resident Regional Manager, you oversee multiple environmental services accounts and manage four different hospital locations within the Boston market. You will maintain client relations to ensure that all housekeeping services offered to customers are of outstanding quality. Responsibilities Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics Monitoring of unit expenditures Develop conditions and recommend department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments Actively communicate with administration and other hospital departments Plan, prioritize, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities of the department Establish work standards and workflow Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations Encourage and mentor staff creativity and innovation Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies Act as a positive role model; proactive in the achievement of facility goals and objectives Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans Preferred Qualifications Four year college degree and equal related experience required Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required Multi-site account management experience Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data Keen understanding of business dynamics Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations High customer service and quality demeanor Ability to work under pressure and meet priorities Excellent verbal communication skills Apply a participative approach to managing staff, coordinating and prioritizing tasks, and developing budgets with a complete understanding of facility needs and requirements Excellent stress leadership skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills required Proficient in the use of Windows‑based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance / AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Flexible Time Off Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid Parental Leave Personal Leave Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
