About the Role:
Join Wings Over Heath as our Kitchen Manager, where you will lead a passionate team in delivering mouth-watering dishes to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact in our kitchen operations.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation for consistency.
- Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
